The Gaylord Texan Resort is extending our special group rate for three days prior and three days after the main program dates of November 5-8, 2008, based on availability, for attendees who would like to spend some extra time enjoying the many amenities this resort has to offer.

Check-in time is 3:00 pm; check-out time is noon. Cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date.
