To help you make the most of your UltraTax CS software this tax season, this half-day, fast-paced, lecture-style class focuses on new features and enhancements for UltraTax CS 2008, demonstrating how to use them most efficiently. This year's enhancements automate many previously manual functions, and include new, faster data entry fields and screens, enhanced Data Sharing capabilities, new on-screen tax return review, and more—all designed to save you more time and help your tax workflow. You'll also receive helpful tips, tactics, and shortcuts that will pay off exponentially in a more productive and more profitable tax season.

In addition, you'll learn how to:

  • Quickly check client status and prior-year comparisons using enhanced contact information and client status functionality
  • Eliminate repetitive data entry using the newly added multi-field preparer custom field views
  • Streamline data sharing with the new Data Sharing step-by-step process, for example:
    • Easily identify TINs/SSNs with multiple valid names or addresses and eliminate continual data sharing overwrites
    • Manage multiple 1099s, Schedule K-1s and other documents with identical TINs, issued to the same taxpayer
